  • Stewed Meat 1 can
  • Onion 1 head
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
  • Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sort the buckwheat, rinse it, pour in 2.5 cups of water, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Step 2

Reduce the heat and cook for another 5–7 minutes.

Step 3

Wrap the pot with the porridge in a towel and place it in a warm place for 25–30 minutes.

Step 4

Wash and chop the basil.

Step 5

Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion, then sauté it in a deep skillet with heated vegetable oil.

Step 6

Add the stewed pork, pepper, and salt to the skillet, mix, and cook while stirring for 3–5 minutes.

Step 7

Transfer the porridge to the skillet with the stewed pork and onion, sprinkle with basil, mix, and cook for another 1–2 minutes.

Step 8

Serve with spicy red sauce.
