Description

  • Buckwheat Groats 1 cup
  • Veal Mince 20 oz
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Carrot 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1

Chop the onion and slice the carrot. Sauté.

Step 2

Sauté the minced meat.

Step 3

Rinse the buckwheat, mix the ingredients, and place them in pots. I ended up with enough for 4 small pots.

Step 4

Pour boiling water so that it slightly covers the top.

Step 5

Cover the pots and place them in a cold oven (to prevent the pots from cracking). Set the oven to 390°F and leave for 1 hour.

Step 6

After cooking, turn off the heat and let it cool in the oven.
