Buckwheat porridge with chicken fillet
Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats 20 oz
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Seasoning to taste
- Butter 5 oz

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken breast under running water and cut it into small pieces.
Step 3
Transfer the meat to a pot and add 1 liter of cold water.
Step 4
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Step 5
After boiling, remove all the foam with a slotted spoon.
Step 6
Cook until the chicken fillet is done — about 30 minutes.
Step 7
Rinse the buckwheat under running water.
Step 8
Add the rinsed buckwheat to the pot with the meat.
Step 9
Add the soup seasoning and cook until the buckwheat is ready.
Step 10
When the buckwheat is cooked, add the butter.
