Ingredients
- Carrot 5 oz
- Buckwheat Groats 5 oz
- Adyghe cheese 5 oz
- Turmeric ½ teaspoon
- Cauliflower 5 oz
- Lemon-Pepper Mix ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the vegetables and Adyghe cheese into small cubes.
Step 2
You can also use any vegetables — zucchini, eggplant, green beans, white cabbage.
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan, add spices, and after a couple of seconds, add the cheese and vegetables.
Step 4
Sauté everything over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Rinse the buckwheat and add it to the vegetables.
Step 6
Pour in a small amount of water, add salt, stir, cover with a lid, and cook until done — until all the water is absorbed.
