- Buckwheat Groats 5 oz
- Beetroot 5 oz
- Chicken Broth 10 fl oz
- Lard 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the beetroot, peel it, and cut it into thick strips.
Step 2
Peel the onion, wash it, and slice it into half-rings.
Step 3
Rinse the meat and cut it into pieces.
Step 4
Sauté the onion in melted lard until golden, then add the meat.
Step 5
Fry for 10 minutes, add the beetroot, and fry for another 5 minutes.
Step 6
Pour in a little broth and add salt.
Step 7
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 8
Add spices, rinsed buckwheat groats, the remaining broth, and cook until done.
