Ingredients

  • Buckwheat Groats 1 glass
  • Champignons 10 pieces
  • Onion 1 head
  • Herbs 1 bunch
  • Salt 2 spoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Spices to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Toast raw, uncooked buckwheat in a dry skillet for 8–10 minutes.

Step 2

Then cook it. The buckwheat should not be overcooked.

Step 3

Finely chop the mushrooms and onion. Sauté the onion and mushrooms in olive oil.

Step 4

Blend the cooked buckwheat in a blender.

Step 5

Add the sautéed mushrooms and onions to the mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and any spices to taste. Mix everything together.

Step 6

Add finely chopped herbs.

Step 7

Shape the mixture into patties.

Step 8

Sauté on both sides for 7–10 minutes over low heat.

Step 9

Serve with sour cream mixed with herbs.
