Step 1

Boil one cup of buckwheat, add one medium onion and one clove of garlic, and blend everything until smooth. The mixture should be very pliable. Add spices to taste.

Step 2

You can place a piece of cheese in the center of each patty. Arrange the formed patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 3

Bake for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 ºC.
