Ingredients
- Ground meat 20 oz
- Buckwheat Groats 15 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 0 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Combine the ground meat and boiled buckwheat.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
Add pepper.
Step 5
Add minced garlic.
Step 6
Mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Form patties and fry for 2–3 minutes on each side in a well-heated skillet.
Step 8
Place the patties in a baking dish.
Step 9
Sauté the onion and carrot until soft.
Step 10
Add the tomato paste, mix, and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
Step 11
Pour in a glass of water and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Step 12
Pour the tomato sauce over the patties, cover the dish with foil, and place it in the oven for 30 minutes at 355°F.
Step 13
Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
