Buckwheat noodles with vegetables, chicken, and herbs

Ingredients

  • Rice Noodles 10 oz
  • Soy Sauce to taste
  • Turnips 2 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Celery stalk 2 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Poultry 15 oz
  • Parsley 1 bunch
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Mild Chili Spice to taste
  • TABASCO® to taste
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the onion into half-rings

Step 2

Cut the carrots, celery, pepper, and chicken into strips

Step 3

Finely chop the parsley

Step 4

Place a deep skillet on the heat, pour in the olive oil, and add the onion

Step 5

Sauté the onion for about 2 minutes and add the carrots and celery

Step 6

After a couple of minutes, add the pepper

Step 7

Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package instructions

Step 8

Add the chicken and spices (I used a pepper mix, spicy chili, and TABASCO sauce) to the vegetables

Step 9

Mix everything and simmer over medium heat for about 7 minutes

Step 10

When the noodles are cooked, drain the water and add them to the skillet with the vegetables and chicken

Step 11

Pour in the soy sauce, cover with a lid, and cook for about 5 minutes

Step 12

Add the finely chopped parsley, mix, reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for another 2 minutes
