Buckwheat noodles with teriyaki chicken
Ingredients
- Rice Noodles 10 oz
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Champignons 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Baby Corn 5 pieces
- Yakiniku sauce to taste
- TABASCO® to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Butter to taste
- Soy Sauce to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the noodles in salted water.
Step 2
Sauté the chicken in butter (adding a little olive oil), then add teriyaki sauce and continue cooking over low heat.
Step 3
In olive oil, sauté the bell pepper, then add the onion and cook over low heat.
Step 4
In a separate skillet, sauté the mushrooms (you can add a little teriyaki sauce).
Step 5
Sauté the corn in olive oil as well.
Step 6
Then, add all the prepared ingredients to the noodles and continue cooking on low heat for another 3 minutes, adding a few drops of Tabasco and soy sauce.
Step 7
Before serving, garnish with a few slices of chili pepper (it can also be sautéed beforehand).
