Buckwheat Noodles with Spinach
Ingredients
- Rice Noodles 10 oz
- Malt Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Spinach 5 oz
- Black sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ground clove to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions (do not boil or cook too long, otherwise the noodles will become sticky).
Step 2
Place the noodles in a large bowl. While the noodles are still warm, add vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and green onions; mix well.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the crushed garlic; cook, turning it, for about 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add the spinach and cook for about 3–5 minutes.
Step 5
Mix the spinach with the noodle mixture and serve.
