Ingredients
- Rice Noodles 5 oz
- Broccoli 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 4 pieces
- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the buckwheat noodles in salted water for 8 minutes, then drain and rinse with cool water.
Step 2
In a skillet, pour in the olive oil, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar, mix and heat. Add the broccoli and cherry tomatoes to the heated skillet and sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 3
After that, add the noodles to the vegetables, mix, and sauté for another 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the shrimp to the noodles and vegetables, mix everything, and sauté, stirring, for 2 minutes.
