Buckwheat Noodles with Green Beans and Pork
Ingredients
- Rice Noodles 5 oz
- Frozen green bean pods 5 oz
- Pork tenderloin 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Toasted Sesame to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into cubes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the tenderloin. Sauté, stirring, for about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour water into a pot, add salt to taste. Place on high heat.
Step 4
Add the beans to the meat. Simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
When the water boils, reduce the heat. Add the noodles to the water. Cook for about 7 minutes.

Add the cream cheese to the beans and pork.

Add the mustard.

Mix thoroughly.

Add the soy sauce.

Add sesame seeds to taste.

Transfer the cooked noodles to the skillet. Mix well and remove from heat.

Serve the noodles with beans and pork in a deep bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
