- Rice Noodles 10 oz
- Smoked haddock fillet 3 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese 5 oz
- 10% cream 0.7 cups
- Soy Sauce 0.7 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw the seafood, rinse under running water, and pour boiling water over it.
Step 2
Cook the buckwheat noodles according to the instructions on the package.
Step 3
In a wok, heat the processed cheese, cream, and soy sauce, stirring constantly with a spatula until the cheese dissolves, and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Slice the fish into small pieces and sauté in a pan, lightly drizzling with the cheese sauce.
Step 5
Add the cooked noodles to the wok, mix, add the crushed garlic, place the pieces of fish, warm everything together with the noodles, and serve immediately!!!
