- Buckwheat Groats 10 oz
- Mushroom seasoning 15 fl oz
- Salt to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Place the buckwheat in a heatproof dish and pour cold mushroom broth over it.
Step 3
Leave to soak overnight.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 5
Add salt to the buckwheat to taste and place it in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the fluffy buckwheat as a side dish.
