- Milk 2 cups
- Cottage cheese 15 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces

- Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon
- Ground Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Rinse the buckwheat, dry it, toast it in a dry skillet, pour in 4 cups of boiling water, add salt, butter (50 g), and cook on low heat until the buckwheat swells, then pour in the milk.

When the porridge thickens, cool it down.

Mix the cottage cheese with the eggs, sugar, lemon zest, and spices.
Step 4
Add the resulting mixture to the porridge and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, fill with the prepared mixture, and place small pieces of the remaining butter on top.

Bake until done in a preheated oven.
