Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats 1½ cups
- Morels 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Onion 1 piece
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the buckwheat until fluffy.
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms into cubes.
Step 3
Sauté the finely chopped onion in oil along with the mushrooms.
Step 4
Combine the buckwheat, mushrooms, beaten eggs, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Step 5
Place the mixture in a greased baking dish and bake for 10–15 minutes at 390°F.
