- Olive Oil to taste
- Minced garlic 1 clove
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil 2 teaspoons
- Toasted sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
- Black sesame seeds 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and steam for 2 minutes.

Drain in a colander and wait for the excess liquid to drain.

Heat olive oil in a wok or large skillet, add the Brussels sprouts, and sauté until tender and browned around the edges for about 5-10 minutes.

Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute, then add the soy sauce and sesame oil, and mix well.
