  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Brussels Sprouts 14 pieces
  • Pistachios 2 tablespoons
  • Spanish onions 1 head
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
  • Olive Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Separate the Brussels sprouts into individual leaves and rinse them in cold water.

Step 2

Chop the garlic and onion. In a large skillet, heat a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and quickly sauté the garlic. After a minute, add the onion, sauté until translucent, and then add the Brussels sprout leaves along with the pine nuts to the skillet.

Step 3

Season with salt and black pepper, sauté for about three minutes, then pour in the lemon juice, let it evaporate, and remove the skillet from the heat.
