- Brussels Sprouts 10 oz
- Camembert cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz

Step 1
Clean the sprouts and cut the large ones in half.
Step 2
Sauté in a pan with olive oil for 2–3 minutes. Add salt, pour in 100 ml of water, and cover with a lid.
Step 3
When the water evaporates, add 100 g of chopped Camembert. Stir. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper before serving.
