Ingredients

  • Brussels Sprouts 5 oz
  • Green Beans (frozen) 5 oz
  • Green Asparagus 5 oz
  • Red Chili Pepper 1 piece
  • 35% Cream 15 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Make a crosswise cut on the Brussels sprouts from the stem side, boil in salted water for 7-10 minutes, and drain in a colander.

Step 2

Pour vegetable oil into a hot skillet and add the Brussels sprouts.

Step 3

When the sprouts start to sauté, add the green beans.

Step 4

After a couple of minutes, add the asparagus, chili pepper, cream, and reduce the heat to a simmer.

Step 5

After five minutes, the dish is ready.
