
Bruschetta with Tomatoes

Description
Any bread can be used, but Italians prefer ciabatta — a special white bread made from wheat flour and yeast.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
- Dried Turkey 5 oz
- Capers 1 tablespoon
- White bread 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Place the tomatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with sugar, and season. Bake for 12 minutes. Allow to cool.
Step 2
Mix the roasted tomatoes with their juice, dried tomatoes, and cherry tomatoes, seasoning to taste.
Step 3
Grill 8 slices of bread until golden brown and rub with a clove of garlic. Top with the filling. The dish is ready.
