  • Broccoli 20 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Honey 2 tablespoons
  • Chili Pepper 1 piece
  • Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Sea Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the chili, remove the seeds, and finely chop.

Step 2

Mix the oil, honey, soy sauce, and chili. Stir well.

Step 3

If the broccoli is fresh, wash it, dry it, break it into florets, and boil in boiling water for 4 minutes. If it is frozen, simply place it in a pot of boiling water and bring it to a boil. Drain in a colander and let the water drain.

Step 4

Place in a salad bowl and dress with the sauce.
