- Broccoli 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Sesame Oil 2 teaspoons
- Teriyaki sauce for stir-fry 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Broth ½ cup
- Corn Starch 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil or steam the broccoli until partially cooked, then cool it under running water and dry.
Step 2
Mix finely chopped (or grated) garlic, soy sauce, broth, and cornstarch. In a large shallow pan, heat the sesame oil.
Step 3
Add the broccoli and cook for a few minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
Step 4
Reduce the heat, add the garlic sauce, and stir to coat the broccoli evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste if needed.

Heat for 2-3 minutes; during this time, the sauce should thicken slightly, and the broccoli will absorb all the flavors and aromas.

The dish can be served warm or cold.
