  • Potato 5 oz
  • Broccoli 0 oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Green pickled tomatoes 0 oz
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Oyster Mushrooms 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Grate the potatoes and broccoli on a coarse grater. Add the flour and spices, and knead everything into a uniform mixture.

Step 2

Divide the resulting mixture into three equal parts. Shape them into three patties.

Step 3

Fry the flatbreads in a hot skillet until golden brown, then place them in an oven preheated to 355°F for 15–18 minutes.

Step 4

Sauté the oyster mushrooms with finely chopped onion.

Step 5

Place the potato pancakes on a plate, topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions. Garnish with tomato wedges and chopped dill.
