- Milk 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Dill to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Potato 1 piece

Step 1
To ensure the broccoli in the casserole is soft and tender, it is advisable to boil it over medium heat for 5 minutes. First, separate the florets from the bunches. After boiling, drain the water and let it cool.

Beat the eggs with the milk using a fork, add the sour cream and flour, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Step 3
By this time, the broccoli should have cooled. Place it in a greased baking dish, slice the tomato, and add it as well.

Then pour the egg and milk mixture over everything, sprinkle with herbs on top, and place in the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 355°F.
