Ingredients
- Broccoli 15 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Cherry Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Chicken Eggs 3 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herb Mix a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the broccoli and divide it into florets.
Step 2
Peel the onion and carrot, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, and finely chop the onion.
Step 3
In boiling salted water, add the broccoli, bring to a boil, and cook for 3-5 minutes. The broccoli should not lose its crunch.
Step 4
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and carrot.
Step 5
In a heatproof baking dish, layer the sautéed onion and carrot, then top with the broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and add herbs.
Step 6
Beat the eggs slightly and pour the mixture over the broccoli.
Step 7
Place the broccoli in a preheated oven at 390°F. Bake for about 15 minutes.
