Step 1
Boil the broccoli florets. Dry them.
Step 2
Sauté the broccoli and diced bell peppers.
Step 3
Prepare the omelet. Beat the eggs, add milk, salt, and ground pepper.
Step 4
Place the vegetables in a baking dish and pour the milk-egg mixture over them.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 355°F.
