Step 1

Spicy Sauce Preheat the oven. Roast the bell pepper on a baking sheet, turning occasionally, until charred in spots, about 12-15 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl; cover tightly. Let sit for 10 minutes. Peel and remove the seeds. Blend the bell pepper, mango, brown sugar, vinegar, orange juice, lime juice, and cayenne pepper until smooth, adding water as needed; season with salt. Can be made ahead: The spicy sauce can be prepared up to 1 week in advance. Cover and refrigerate.
