  • Egg white 3 pieces
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients. Everything you do next depends on the size of the chicken breast. You need to cut it into thin pieces the size of schnitzels. I do it this way: first, I cut a side piece across the fibers.

Step 2

Carefully holding the piece, cut it into 2 longitudinal parts. Similarly, process the remaining large piece of chicken breast. In the end, we get fairly thin but large pieces of chicken. Each of them needs to be pounded well — and then the pieces of chicken will take the shape of schnitzels.

Step 3

In a small bowl, crack the eggs, beat them well with a fork, and add salt. Heat a frying pan with a small amount of oil. Meanwhile, coat each schnitzel well in the breadcrumbs.

Step 4

Then, dip the schnitzels in the eggs on both sides. Fry the resulting schnitzels for about 2 minutes on each side. The schnitzels are ready!
