- Wheat Flour ½ glasses
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Spices to taste
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the butter in the freezer. Wash and divide the cauliflower into florets. Bring the necessary amount of salted water to a boil.
Step 2
Blanch the florets for 5–6 minutes, then immerse them in cold water and let them drain.
Step 3
Pour the flour into a deep plate or bowl and mix it with salt and spices. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and lightly season with salt. Place breadcrumbs on a third plate. Dredge the cauliflower florets in the flour, dip them in the egg, and then coat them in the breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with butter and arrange the cooked florets in it. Grate the chilled butter on top. Place the baking tray in the oven for 20–25 minutes at a temperature of 190–390°F. Prepare the sauce by mixing crushed garlic with cream, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Transfer the cooked cabbage to plates and drizzle with sauce.
