  • Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Veal Fillet 20 oz
  • Water 1 glass
  • Red Grape Juice 1 glass
  • Ground Cinnamon ½ spoons
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the beef into cubes (3 cm), season with salt and pepper, and sear in a hot skillet with vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 2

Peel the apples and remove the cores, then slice them into wedges.

Step 3

Transfer the browned meat to a pot, add the apples, and pour in sweetened boiling water. Bring to a boil. Add the wine, cinnamon, and cloves, and simmer over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.

Once the veal is tender, remove the pot from the heat and let the meat rest. You can serve it with white rice or mashed potatoes as a side dish.
