Braised squid stuffed with mushrooms
Ingredients
- Squid 0 lbs
- Pickled Chanterelles 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Herbs ½ bunch
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Scallions ½ bunch
- Butter to taste
- Water 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and clean the squid. Chop the mushrooms and onion, and sauté them.
Step 2
Boil the eggs, grate them, and mix with the mushrooms and onion. Stuff the squid and secure with toothpicks.
Step 3
Chop the bell pepper and sauté in butter. Mix the sour cream with a cup of water and flour. Add the bell pepper, herbs, green onion, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour over the squid and braise for 20 minutes.
