Ingredients
- Garlic 2 heads
- Rabbit 1 piece
- Rosé Dry Wine 25 fl oz
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Chicken Broth 20 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove and wipe dry with a kitchen towel.
Step 2
Heat the vegetable oil and fry the rabbit on both sides. Add a lot of chopped garlic.
Step 3
Remove the pieces of rabbit from the skillet, place them in a deeper pot, and add the broth, wine, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Simmer in the oven for 90 minutes, uncovered.
Step 5
Cut the rabbit into portions. Marinate in wine with salt, pepper, and bay leaves.
