Ingredients

- Onion 2 heads
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Herbs to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Peel the onion and chop it randomly.
Step 4
Blend the onion in a blender until it becomes a paste.

Brown the meat over high heat on all sides.

Add salt.

Add pepper.

Add the onion mixture to the meat, stir. Pour in 0.5 cup of water and simmer covered for 7–10 minutes over medium heat. Then remove the lid and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the liquid evaporates and the onion sauce turns golden.

Add finely chopped garlic to the cooked meat and mix.

Prepare the mashed potatoes: boil the potatoes and mash them with butter.
