Braised pork ribs with onions
Ingredients
- Pork Skewers 35 oz
- Onion 3 pieces
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Mustard Greens to taste
- Safflower Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the onion into cubes. Or not into cubes, the main thing is that the pieces are of medium size, not too big, but not too small.
Step 2
Take the ribs, cut them into pieces of 8–10 cm, and wash them.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce — pour sunflower oil into a deep plate and add soy sauce.
Step 4
Add mustard.
Step 5
Mix thoroughly to achieve a homogeneous mass.
Step 6
Place the ribs in a preheated frying pan.
Step 7
Add the onions.
Step 8
Brush the ribs with the sauce, season with salt and pepper, and cover with a lid. Set a timer for 20 minutes.
Step 9
Turn the ribs over and stir the onions. They still have to play the role of a side dish. Set the timer for another 20 minutes. Serve the meat on plates, add the onions, and drizzle the ribs with the same sauce used for braising.
