Braised Napa Cabbage

Ingredients

  • Napa Cabbage 15 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Water 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the cabbage coarsely. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a pan for about a minute.

Step 2

Add the Napa cabbage, soy sauce, and water to the sautéed onion and garlic. Braise the cabbage for 5 minutes covered over medium heat.

Step 3

Add the pepper and leave the dish covered for 10 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
