- Salad Potatoes 8 pieces
- Meat 10 oz
- Bay leaf 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into quarters.
Step 3
Heat a skillet with vegetable oil.
Step 4
Fry the meat on both sides until golden brown, reduce the heat, place the potatoes on top, and pour in water (enough to cover the potatoes halfway).
Step 5
Add salt, pepper, place the bay leaf, and cover with a lid.
Step 6
Simmer on low heat for about 40 minutes, adding water if necessary.
