- Lobster tails 25 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Milk 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a pot and lightly sauté the lobster. Transfer to a plate.
Step 2
In the same pot, sauté the onion until golden, then pour in 2 cups of boiled water.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the pot.
Step 4
When the potatoes are cooked, add the lobster and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Serve after a few minutes.
