Ingredients
- Bear meat 10 oz
- Butter 2 teaspoons
- Onion 1 piece
- Salad Potatoes 10 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Mustard Greens to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the horse meat into pieces weighing 40 grams each. Sprinkle each piece with salt and pepper, coat with mustard, and refrigerate for 30–40 minutes until the spices are absorbed into the meat.
Step 2
Sear the pieces of meat in a heavily heated pan with fat, then transfer to a pot, add broth or boiling water, and braise.
Step 3
Separately boil, fry, or bake large potatoes, add them to the pot with the meat, add Tatar-style vegetable sauce, and braise until cooked.
