Ingredients
- Beef hoof 20 oz
- Fat 0 oz
- Lard 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Carrot 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Tomato Puree 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the heart into thick slices, stuff them with smoked lard, and fry in a pan with heated oil.
Step 2
Then transfer them to a saucepan, pouring in the juice that formed during frying.
Step 3
Add the chopped onion, parsley, carrot, tomato puree, a few tablespoons of water, and simmer until cooked.
Step 4
Finally, season with fried wheat flour and sour cream. Bring to a boil.
