Description

  • Poultry 1 piece
  • Celery salt 5 stalks
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Safflower Oil 5 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rub the chicken parts with salt and pepper, lightly fry until golden brown.

Step 2

Cut the zucchini, lemon, and celery stalks into cubes. Slice the tomatoes into rounds. Finely chop the dill.

Step 3

Place the chicken in a baking dish and scatter the vegetables on top. Arrange the tomato slices on top and sprinkle with dill. Drizzle with sunflower oil.

Step 4

Send to a preheated oven (480°F) for one hour.

Step 5

Remove the dish from the oven, stir the ingredients with a spatula, and take the chicken out from under the vegetables to allow it to brown.

Step 6

Simmer for another fifteen minutes.
