Description

In this recipe, you can use turkey fillet or any quick-cooking meat. Since we are cooking without water or broth, it is recommended to take slightly frozen products; they will thaw and create broth. The amount of vegetables or herbs can be adjusted, as well as the spices.

  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons
  • Herbs 3 stems
  • Oregano 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Dried Garlic 2 teaspoons
  • Salt to taste

Prepare the ingredients, rinse the fillet.

Peel and slice the onion into half rings.
