- Soy Sauce 5 fl oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Mixed Ground Peppers 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Seasoning 1 teaspoon

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Thoroughly wash the chicken thighs under running water, remove any excess, and place them in a baking dish.
Step 3
Peel the onion, wash it well, cut it into large strips or cubes, and add it to the dish with the chicken thighs.

Peel the carrot, wash it well under running water, cut it into large strips, and add it to the dish with the thighs and onion.

In a separate container, pour in 100 ml of soy sauce, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of mixed ground pepper to the sauce.
