Ingredients
- Chicken hearts 10 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Fresh basil leaves ½ teaspoon
- Dried parsnip ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Onion 1 piece
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Water 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken hearts, remove the fat, cut into 4 pieces lengthwise, season with salt, and sauté in a tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 2
Wash the mushrooms, clean them, slice them, season with salt, and place them in another pan to cook until the water evaporates.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and add it to the pan with the mushrooms, season lightly with salt, and add a tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 4
Combine the hearts with the cooked mushrooms, stir in the sour cream, add the soy sauce, water, sugar, and seasonings, mix well, and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
The finished dish can be served warm or chilled, garnished with herbs if desired.
