- Rosé Dry Wine ½ cup
- Passata Tomato Sauce 1 cup
- Garlic 2 cloves

- Sugar to taste
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the prepared chicken into pieces, fry, and transfer to a saucepan.
Step 2
Add the sautéed onion, tomato sauce, a little dry red wine, salt, and pepper, and let it simmer.
Step 3
Then transfer the saucepan to the oven and braise until cooked through.
Step 4
At the end of braising, add sugar, bay leaves, herbs, and pour in the remaining wine.
