Braised Chicken
Main Dishes • World
Description
The chicken thighs are enhanced with a blend of curry, paprika, and mustard, mixed in just the right proportions. This is an example of how well-chosen spices can elevate even the simplest recipe to new heights. To prepare the braised chicken in a skillet, you'll also need sour cream, as the thick sour cream sauce will bind the seasonings and meat together and soften the spiciness. Overall, this is an extremely economical and hearty family recipe, but it carries a whiff of spicy exoticism that can transform any ordinary dinner into an adventure with a happy ending.
