Ingredients
- Garlic 2 cloves
- White Cabbage 1 head
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 6 pieces
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Worcestershire Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Bouillon cube 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely shred the head of savoy cabbage (or green cabbage), chop the garlic, and slice the bacon.
Step 2
Heat a large pot over the fire, add olive oil and the sliced bacon, and fry it well. Then add the garlic and Worcestershire sauce, butter, and the shredded cabbage. Stir and increase the heat.
Step 3
Dissolve the bouillon cube in 300 milliliters of boiling water, add the broth to the pot. Cover it with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and add olive oil.
