Ingredients
- Beef 20 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Paprika 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers 3 pieces
- Tomato Puree 5 fl oz
- Chicken Broth 10 fl oz
- Bay leaf 3 pieces
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Cut the meat into small cubes and place it in a bag. Add the flour, paprika, and spices, and shake well to coat the meat completely.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a large pot. Shake off the excess flour from the meat, place it in the pot, and fry until golden brown.
Step 4
Add the minced garlic and fry for 1 minute. Then add the remaining flour from the bag and fry for another minute.
Step 5
Pour in the wine and simmer on high heat until one-third of the wine remains. Then add the chopped peppers, tomato puree, broth, bay leaves, and spices. Bring to a boil and transfer to the oven for 1 hour.
Step 6
Serve with rice and mashed potatoes.
