
Braised Beef in Tomato Sauce with Basil

Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Ground clove to taste
- Herb Bouquet to taste
- Basil to taste
- Beef 25 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into strips, add a small amount of water (meat/water ratio is approximately 3:2), season with salt and pepper, and optionally add spices to taste. Simmer on low heat in a skillet (covered) for about 1.5 hours.
Step 2
In a blender, make the sauce: blend the tomatoes with salt, pepper, and herbs (basil).
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Transfer the beef to a baking dish, pour the sauce over it, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
